If your book includes workbook pages, recurring graphic elements, highly branded styling, or complex layout needs, you may be a better fit for Custom Interior Book Design (designed from scratch). If you’re unsure, tell us about your book and we’ll point you to the right option.
Yes. This package includes print formatting plus a reflowable ebook file for e-readers and an upload-ready digital file.
We format for Amazon KDP (print + ebook). If you’re also publishing through IngramSpark and/or another print-on-demand provider, we can add those files at no additional charge.
We include standard front/back matter elements such as title page, copyright page, dedication (if applicable), acknowledgements, and author bio—based on what you provide and what’s appropriate for your genre.
Up to 10 photos with captions are included. If you need more, we can add additional photos at our hourly add-on rate.
Yes—charts/tables/graphs and other design elements can be added at our hourly add-on rate.
Typically, we’ll ask for your final manuscript file in Word plus any images (high-resolution) and any specific notes about styling preferences. We’ll confirm exactly what we need when you purchase.
You’ll receive up to 2 author revision rounds within the Standard package. Revisions are for layout and formatting adjustments (for example: spacing, header/footer tweaks, minor style changes). If you anticipate major content changes, we recommend finalizing your manuscript before formatting begins.
No, the book must be received in its final form as no content changes will be made. If you have not had the book professionally edited, it is greatly advised that you do to ensure so the work is fluid, structurally sound, and well-paced as well as clear, clean, and error-free at the sentence level. Yes. You’ll receive a print-ready export and ebook upload-ready files so you can upload to your chosen platforms.
Typically, it’s about a 2-week turnaround time from when you first connect with your formatter.
We will email you some info regarding what files you will need to send us and the particulars we’ll need to format your book to your specifications (including the book size, font and font size, headers and chapter titles, etc.). If your book contains photos, tables, charts or requires other special formatting, we can discuss those at that time as well. Soon thereafter, you will receive instructions for logging into our editors’ platform, where you and your formatter will collaborate in a secure private team.
